He has consistently assisted in handling mining rights applications, EIA approvals, operational permits, and blasting/fire safety clearances, ensuring that BBG's projects advance within a sound regulatory framework.

As part of BBG's strategic support network, Saiful contributes to local policy engagement, administrative coordination, and community relations, helping create a favorable environment for resource development and cross-border collaboration in Malaysia.
