Mr. Darren Lim is the Founding and Managing Partner of Darren Lim & Lee, specializing in mining agreements, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, arbitration, and dispute resolution, with extensive experience in cross-border mining legal services.

He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London, is a qualified lawyer in Malaysia, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). His legal expertise spans commercial disputes, corporate compliance, M&A, and mining project documentation.

As BBG's long-term Legal Advisor, Mr. Lim supports the company in mining rights, equity, compliance, and dispute resolution, safeguarding sound legal structures and international compliance in its operations.
