Ms. Ng Pui Kam heads the Operations & Support Division, responsible for Malaysian communications, procurement, and administrative coordination. Her portfolio includes diesel and equipment supply, mechanical leasing, blasting coordination, as well as human resources such as worker recruitment, contracts, and immigration compliance. 

She also manages community and government relations with agencies including PTG, JMG, OMS, and local authorities, ensuring smooth operations for BBG's projects.
