Ms. Phua serves as Director Assistant & Head, Local Shared Services, supporting board affairs and executive coordination, acting as a vital bridge between the company's leadership and operational teams.

Fluent in Chinese, English, Cantonese, and Malay, she plays an important role in documentation, cross-cultural communication, key client relations, project development, and interdepartmental coordination.

Ms. Phua also serves concurrently as Head of the Resource Development Division, where she oversees mining rights investment promotion, project research, investment structure design, resource evaluation, and coordination with Chinese partners in strategic resource cooperation.
