Justin Zhang

Co-Founder & CEO

Mr. Justin Zhang brings over three decades of cross-border experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain management, and mineral resources, combining strategic vision with practical execution to drive sustainable business growth.

In the 1990s, he worked at Beihai Port (the predecessor of Beibu Gulf Port, a Shenzhen-listed company), where he ultimately served as Assistant President overseeing port commercial operations. In 2000, he co-founded Seawill, which grew into a recognized enterprise in shipping and chartering.

Since 2013, Mr. Zhang has served as Co-Founder of BBG Holdings (Malaysia), playing a critical role in corporate restructuring, operational management, and building international partnerships. Notably, in the joint venture with Singapore-listed Fortress Minerals Ltd. for the restructuring and integration of the Baoxin iron ore mine, he made key contributions with his expertise in mine management and capital operations.

Mr. Zhang holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong in partnership with London Business School, and a B.A. in Scientific English from Harbin Institute of Technology.
